My first business took me four years to reach the first hundred thousand. My second? One year. Not because I worked harder. Because I finally learned how to delegate, how to automate, how to build a team that actually moves things without me in every conversation.
One day I'll take those mornings off.
One day I'll be fully present with my family.
One day things will calm down and I'll actually live my life.
They didn't calm down. They weren't going to. I had to be the one to change.
