Hi, I’m Eszter, I've been where you are.

I spent 7 years in corporate, then quit my job, moved to a new country, and built a business from scratch - in my fifth language, in Spain, with no blueprint and no safety net.

And for a long time, I did it the hard way. I poured everything into the business and told myself the life I wanted was coming - just not yet. I worked late nights, weekends, through family holidays. I tried to 10x the business. I only managed to 10x the work.

The shift came when I stopped treating my life as the reward at the end of the hustle - and started treating it as the foundation I built everything on.

That's what I've spent the last 12+ years learning, living, and now teaching. Not theory. Lived experience.
